A small, senior team — with the ability to scale quickly and without friction for larger or more complex engagements.
I have spent nearly 15 years at the intersection of private equity, M&A, and incentive plan structuring — advising fund managers and their portfolio companies across the Benelux, Nordics, DACH, and the UK. Before launching Roes Advisory, I served as general counsel and M&A manager at a PE-backed European healthcare platform, where I ran the group legal function, executed transactions as part of the central deal team, and led the design and administration of the group's management incentive programmes. Earlier in my career I held advisory roles in legal, corporate finance, and strategy consulting. That combination — knowing how deals are structured, how management teams think, and how equity plans work in practice — is what MIP Desk is built on.
We are onboarding a specialist with a background in corporate transactions, including the structuring and administration of management incentive plans. Details to follow shortly.
Where engagements require additional capacity, we work through established partnerships with specialists in incentive plan administration and corporate services — with a background in trust and fund administration. This allows us to scale efficiently without compromising on quality or continuity.
For advisory input beyond our core scope, we draw on a vetted network of specialists in legal, tax, and equity structuring — deployable on demand. You get the right expertise for the job, without the overhead of a large firm.
We have implemented and managed incentive plans across a wide range of PE-backed structures, geographies, and participant profiles. Client names are kept confidential on request.
"We don't just implement the plan — we stay with you throughout the hold, so that every joiner, leaver, and liquidity event is handled without disrupting the programme."
